My therapeutic approach is collaborative. Some styles of therapy I tend to incorporate are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Strength-based therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

Sessions are not scripted. The substance pace come from you. We work together toward the positive outcomes that clients identify in a warm and welcoming space of acceptance. I am fully supportive and committed to all of my clients.
