I am very tuned in to attachment theory and take a holistic approach to understanding each unique individual. I hope to cultivate a secure attachment relationship where clients are free to explore themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

I focus strongly on CBT, or how behaviors, thoughts, and feelings interact and affect each other, as well as EMDR which allows the brain's natural healing processes to work on past traumas. With children, play and/or art are always incorporated!
