I use a multitude of approaches depending on the circumstance. In the beginning we are building rapport and I tend to use person centered therapy along with psychodynamic theory while we get to know each other. CBT and sfbt are also favorites.

I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are and I believe in using a collective modality approach of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
