My practice specializes in 2 areas, those who have experienced narcissistic abuse and also those who identify as adoptees and want to work on related trauma, such as enhancing sense of identity and other primal wounds.

I approach therapy with curiosity, insight, acceptance, compassion, and a splash of humor. I primarily practice through an attachment-based psychodynamic lens. I also utilize evidence-based and somatic interventions, including EMDR and mindfulness.
