I use a down-to-earth approach to meet clients where they’re at and address life issues. I understand that therapy can be an intimidating and overwhelming process to start, so I try not to overcomplicate things and meet clients on a human level.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change your thoughts which changes how you feel and thus changes your actions. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to teach skills to manage challenging emotions.

I use IFS (Internal Family Systems) to help clients but also other approaches that may benefit them specifically. Collaboration, humor, and transparency have proved beneficial in my practice.

I tap into your personal strengths and use that to our advantage and then build skills as needed based on what works best for you. I don't expect you to meditate for an hour a day if that's not realistic for your life. We'll figure it out together!
