I treat anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism with evidenced-based approaches such as ERP, ACT, and DBT. All three of these approaches focus in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, responses, and help teach healthier ways to cope in line with your goals

During our sessions, we will build skills. In between our sessions, you’ll put those into practice in your day-to-day life. When we come back together, will work on how you can continue to strengthen your ability to use those skills effectively.
