As your therapist I am here to help guide you, motivate and provide a safe place for you. Therapy can be uncomfortable but together we will work to address your goals for treatment and help make the transition more smoother.

I use gentle and encouraging methods to assist those who wish to re-design their lives. Since no two people are alike, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to 're-designing' problems such as anger behavior management, anxiety issues, and PTSD.
We will work on your goals in a way that you can implement them outside of therapy and make a life change towards improving satisfaction and quality of life. We will work through any issues that impede on your life fulfillment.

I often use a client centered, solution focused, strength based perspective. I use ACT, CBT, DBT, and TFCBT interventions. Occasionally I provide education on attachment styles and family systems.
