Paige’s style is interactive, non-judgmental, and positions clients as the experts on where they are now, where they want to go, but also does not sugar coat things.
I focus on how our thoughts shape our reality and how early experiences impact our interaction with our environment at this moment. The present is equally as important as our past. It is never too late to make positive changes!

I’m conversational, open, non-judgmental and most importantly, about you. I don't have an agenda or try to tell you what I think you should do. Instead, my role is to help you discover key insights about yourself and achieve your goals.
We will build on your strengths and resilience. During therapy we can explore ways to move towards the goals we set together.
