A client's therapy is individually tailored to their needs. I take a Humanistic approach to therapy, utilizing Person-Centered, CBT, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused theories. My therapy lens also includes System theories.

I use contemporary psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to assess/treat many conditions including personality disorders (e.g., narcissistic; borderline), sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia), anxiety, depression, and more unusual conditions.
