I have an eclectic approach, that includes CBT; however I also enjoy integrating some outside of the norm meditation and healing techniques with clients such as shamanic journeying, distance reiki, EFT tapping, and neurographic art.

You can choose if you want a "band-aid" type of solution focused session or if you want to have a "surgery" (cutting deep before it heals) type of childhood attachment sessions. You are the driver, I'm the navigator.

My experiences have led me to work with individuals of all ages with varying mental health struggles. I have an in-depth knowledge of OCD and I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, using CBT techniques as the cornerstone.
