I am an eclectic therapist that uses evidenced based therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to meet your individual needs. My approach is from a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empathetic foundation to create a safe place for exploration.
Identify what you value, what fulfills you, and what gives you a sense of purpose. From there, we will figure out what you can do to build the life (including the kind of relationships) you want.

I believe that everyone has an innate ability to heal and find fulfillment. Sometimes the stress of life piles on and we lose touch with that instinct. That's where therapy comes in.
To me, therapy is not only helping you understand how your experiences, upbringing, and social environment have shaped who you are today, but to heal your younger "you" from them. To learn how to move forward with the best version of you that exists.
