I bring together mind & body. Cognitive-to replace unhealthy thoughts with constructive alternative. EMDR, Gestalt & Somatic which help move through blocks, heal wounds, reduce stress & help you feel more comfortable in your own skin and the world.

My approach is not a one size fits all so I tend to use skills from counseling methods that research suggests will work best given the particular challenge a person is experiencing
