My approach is trauma informed, somatic, depth oriented, relational, and sex positive. I believe that laughter has a place in therapy, along side the work of processing relational, developmental, and/or complex trauma.

my use of mindfulness practices to help connect the mind and body connection. We use narrative therapy exercises to practice honoring your story and explore and challenge the meanings you may have drawn.
