I believe that we as human beings naturally strive to heal and survive. Like how a wound, uninterrupted, scabs over and becomes new skin, so does the human mind and spirit work to repair itself in the face of trauma.

I use different therapy approaches and find a style that best serves each of my clients. I predominately utilize narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, attachment therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
