My approach to therapy cannot be categorized into one psychological perspective. I attempt to meet each individual’s specific need by providing a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that fosters open communication of problems and action plans.
I do not judge, I will not force my opinions onto you, and I will always listen to and respect your point of view. Most importantly, this is a shared experience. We share the joy, we share the pain, and we share the success.
