I help people get through whatever issues they may be experiencing. Sometimes managing ourselves through hard times can be the cure. We come to understand that we can and will get through this and come out better on the other side.

I offer multiple ways to express yourself, especially if you find words to be limiting. It's optional, but I offer art therapy as well as a technique called Brainspotting that can help you access new strengths and insights.
