I treat trauma and anxiety with EMDR, which is an amazing brain-body technique that retrains your brain to relax. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety where we replace unhelpful thoughts with appropriate alternatives.
Together we will look at what is keeping you stuck, any impacting traumatic events in your life holding you back, processing major life transitions (losses, grief, relationships, unresolved anger/regrets) and finding ways to get you moving forward.

I enjoy helping clients recenter & learn emotional regulation tools. I integrate a variety of approaches: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Imago, Solution Focused (SFT), & Tantra.
