I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.

I often use more skills-based therapies as we begin work together to decrease the frequency and intensity of your symptoms. After you feel more stable, we use more insight-based, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapies to create lasting change.
