I practice Eclectic Therapy. I don't believe in one-size therapy so I tend to tailor my approach to what works best for each client. Some of the theories I use are: Relational, Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment, and Psychodynamic.
Together we will explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors; we will develop new ways to react to everyday, and past triggers as well as identify, process and practice tools that can help you feel grounded, confident, and more in control.

I work with what is presented to me from each client, and work with the client to develop treatment based on their needs, history and current goals. I consider it important that every client of mine feel heard, safe and supported.
Together, we will start with building trust between us and get comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, collaborate together to define what my clients want to accomplish in our time together.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I usually use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy.
