I work with burned out parents in the postpartum period and beyond who feel like they are crumbling from the pressure. I teach self-regulation, self-compassion, and skill building to better manage ADHD, depression, and parenting responsibilities.
Clients will discuss issues that hinder success in important areas of life including depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, poor communication skills, complex relationship/family problems, trauma, terminal illness, divorce, separation, etc.
