I provide a brave, compassionate & nonjudgemental space for all. I am trauma-informed and trained in EMDR. I am deeply and genuinely curious about my clients. My therapy approach is highly individualized based on the needs/desires of the client(s).

Mental health doesn’t fit into a box, neither does my approach. Every case is personalized and tailored to the unique needs of the person/family. I promote a more creative approach to treating mental health issues and behavioral concerns.
