I view a person’s current experience as a part of a coherent story that started long ago. I focus on understanding the emotional context they relate to themselves and others, and work together to heal the bruised places and relieve their suffering.

There isn’t one approach that fits every client. I work closely with clients to identify their needs/wants and find a treatment approach that works best for them. I typically utilize CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
