I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which involves identifying what you want in life and how you want to show up for yourself and others. We work on viewing thoughts and feelings as information rather than as driving forces.
Through the integration of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will investigate thought patterns, challenge negative patterns, remove negative judgment, and build a stronger sense of self, self-worth, and stronger relationships.

Depending on your needs and presenting concerns, I will provide psychoeducation, mindfulness and meditation, self-compassion, assertiveness communication, boundary setting, emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and relational effectiveness.
