I apply a Solution-Focused approach to ask important questions and to stay aware of the change you seek. I utilize CBT to challenge and replace unhelpful beliefs that no longer fit. I am not the expert, you are, and I am your personal facilitator.

Our initial meetings focus on creating a comprehensive plan to meet your goals. I guide you in altering your thought patterns to diminish the influence of fears, enabling you to enhance your connections with others and increase your meaning in life.
