Together we will work towards unpacking past traumas, and patterns of negative thoughts and behaviors. Change is attainable by putting in the work and being vulnerable.

My approach is eclectic. I like to meet clients where they are. I work collaboratively with clients to set and reach therapy goals. I use a combination of evidence based and holistic practice, aimed at reaching successful treatment outcomes.
I want you to know you are not alone, and you can heal from your pain and trauma. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to work through their unique issues and obstacles to become the best possible version of themselves.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
Together we will work to create a 'safe space' where you can engage your past and present experiences, while supporting self awareness, healing and growth.

My approach to therapy is client centered and “trauma informed.” A “trauma informed” approach to therapy is non-pathologizing, compassionate, body-aware and hope-filled, addressing a full range of presenting problems.
We will work together to identify your strengths and how you can build on those strengths. We will also work through conflict that keep you from moving forward with personal and vocational goals.

My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify conflicting thoughts, feelings, and actions. Usually, overcoming these conflicts allows us to move forward in all areas of life.
. . . . discover the real connections in your life; the opportunities for you to become a stronger, healthier, more virtuous person; how well you relate to self, others, and the world; and how you can be THE agent in all you think, feel, and do.

While I value the exploration of our motives, wishes, desires, hopes, and fears, and while I am very much a relationally-based clinician, I like to be practical and focus on the "now what?" of people's issues. Together we get to discover "the way."
