I develop a good therapeutic relationship with my clients as we explore their past difficult life experiences of abuse and/or neglect that still affect them in the present. I use, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, and dream work to help heal trauma.

My approach is rarely the same twice. I always use Evidence Based Practices, however, my approach is completely dependent on the individual working with me. As a clinical social worker, I work to always put the individual at the center of our work.
