A session with Jennifer takes place virtually after a phone consultation to make sure she is the right counselor for you. The session will be between 45 and 60 minutes on a HIPAA compliant platform for privacy. Groups are between 90 and 120 minutes

My approach is trauma-informed, recognizing that trauma is both pervasive and systemic and that many of our struggles come from living in damaging contexts. I integrate mindfulness and positive psychology into work and draw from a range of therapies.
