My approach is to utilize a dynamic and non-traditional approach to therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based techniques, and the utilization of resiliency to bolster feelings of confidence while working in partnership.

I treat trauma through the lens of mind/body connection. I primarily use EMDR, which bridges the trauma stored in your body/mind/spirit to allow healing, CBT, which helps you identify and replace unhealthy thoughts, and DBT to teach coping skills
