I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Relational Therapist who talks a lot about emotions and core beliefs/narratives and asks you to notice sensations in your body when sharing your stories. It's scary to face/sit with them. I'm here as a safeguard.

I believe the root of most issues lies in our attachment with early caregivers to form our core beliefs. We will unearth patterns and work toward reframing and revising what affects how we show up in our present relationships and lives.
