Therapy is not a one size fits all and so therefore I do not believe in using one modality of therapy. I utilize a collective approach with CBT, EMDR and Psychodynamic which allows me to support each of my clients' unique needs and goals.

I use a humanistic, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral model that puts you first and includes CBT, ACT, IPT, strength-based, trauma-focused, culturally-sensitive, relapse prevention, and motivational interviewing.

I provide long term and short term therapy and my approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am also trained in CBT and DBT.
