My goal is to create a safe place for you to be real in your struggle and to move toward healing. I see things from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens --- helping people heal from the past and build a more fulfilling future.
We will collaborate to identify and work towards the changes you want to see, brainstorm ways to overcome patterns you feel stuck in, and support you in gaining the insight needed for progress. We will identify and celebrate each moment of progress.

My therapeutic approach is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I bring empathy, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to the therapy space. I use a holistic perspective to the work that allows for shared exploration.
