I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
Together we will discuss current challenges, family history, perspective, life experiences and anything else you wish to address.

I am client-centered and goal-focused therapist. When beginning therapy we will work to understand the challenges that are leading you to seek support and collaborate to identify goals you want to work towards.
We will decide on a plan that you are comfortable with to best meet your goals.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic and tailored to meet your unique needs.
We will work together to find healthier approaches to life's challenges, process the past, and gain greater control over the present. Change is always possible but it doesn't happen without action. Together, we will take action.
