My work is primarily person-centered as I believe answers come from within. I integrate perspectives from mindfulness, polyvagal theory and internal family systems - connecting mind, body and spirit.
In session, free association is encouraged: where you speak with as little self-censorship as possible. Amidst the specific goals you want to work on, I encourage you to share dreams and to develop a curiosity about your own unconscious.

In sessions, we will examine how your symptoms may be connected to the past, including any previous traumas and your role in your family of origin. I won't give you the answer, but I will highlight the underlying core of surface issues.
