I treat anxiety and trauma with modalities like CBT and DBT. I will help you change your thinking patterns to break free of unhelpful behaviors. You will gain insight, and clarity, learn new ways of coping, improve communication and self-worth

I provided and supervised crisis services for 10 years, so nothing really throws me. I make a point to address the whole person, and particularly in respecting your right to set your goals, and choose what you want to share and when.
