When you recognize your inner strength, the ripple effects extend into the entire world. It’s an honor and a privilege to support you during this process of transformation.

My therapy practice focuses on helping you discover your inner strength, confidence, and knowledge so you can live a life that’s more joyful, peaceful, and fun!
Are you attempting to manage feelings that have been building up over time? You may be living with anxiety and depression, generally feeling stuck, and/or are trying to manage the personalities of people around you.

I formulate your story from a psychodynamic orientation with the belief that the past influences the present and operate from a relational lens (relationships influence well-being), though I have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy.
Using a collaborative approach, we will first identify what brings you to therapy and specify goals that you hope to target in our work together. On an ongoing basis we will review whether your goals have been attained and apply changes as necessary.

I use a trauma-informed lens and apply an integrated approach, using psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral techniques. We will identify unhelpful thoughts and problematic patterns in your life to guide our treatment plan.
I give my clients the space they need to realize this and process the past events that have led them to where they are now so we can work together in creating a plan for their futures.

I believe that, whether we realize it or not, we know what is best for our lives and are more than capable of making healthy decisions for ourselves.
Let's work collaboratively on creating a life that brings you peace, balance, and belonging.

My goal is to create a compassionate and inclusive space to help my clients navigate through life. I continually remind myself and others, “We are more than the worst things we have done,” as stated in one of my favorite novels, Just Mercy.
