My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative approach that is influenced most by: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Parts Work, Brene Brown, and Attachment Science.

My goal is create a warm, safe place that is judgement free. I want you to feel comfortable and confident. Opening up isn't always easy but we will work through these difficulties together. It is okay to not always be okay.
