My view of therapy is finding "Truth," which will "set you free" from anxiety, depression, and stress, overall from human suffering. Furthermore, therapy is nurturing "Inner world," recognizing you are not just "Thoughts," "Emotions," or "Body."

My biggest takeaway from therapy was how crucial the therapeutic relationship is; so much more work, growth, and healing can be done when you feel safe with your therapist, when you feel they really see you and understand you.

I like to start work relatively quickly. I actively listen and participate by sharing what I am hearing, supporting you on the therapy journey, and provide insights from psychology. EMDR is an approach that is also effective without as much talk.
