I practice Somatics, a body-mind approach that helps us slow down to pay attention to body experience to access more feeling, ease, and change. I integrate IFS, a form of therapy that invites us to befriend our parts to hear their stories and needs.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion-focused, person-centered, and strength’s-based perspectives. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where you are the leader of your treatment, as you are the expert of your own life.

I treat trauma, depression, and anxiety with some of the newest mind-body therapies such as EMDR and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. I use EMDR to help my clients change their negative beliefs and reduce their physiological symptoms.
