Something to know about my approach is that I believe the most important thing in therapy is the trusting relationship between therapist and client. I want my clients to feel safe in sharing their deepest fears and biggest insecurities.

After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.
