As a therapist at the Mental Health and Social Justice Clinic, our approach is to use provide skilled individual, group, and family therapy services and evaluations to meet the needs of our diverse community and community members.

Therapy is a sacred place to slow down, to process, to think with another who privileges your thoughts, feelings and ideas. I care about the moment to moment feel of the therapy and will check in to ensure you are getting out of it what you need.
We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan of action to help you achieve them. I will teach you new skills that you can practice, and then we will decide if these skills are beneficial or if we should try something new.

My approach is collaborative and I work together with my client to find new solutions to their struggles. I do this through feedback in session, assigned activities, goal setting and accountability, but can I also just be here to listen.
