My approach is to guide Clients as they work toward positive change, and healthy balance as well as personal insight into their situation using a variety of theories with the option integrating faith based counseling.

I utilize modalities such as CBT-MI, DBT, ACT, & other modalities to address problematic behaviors, trauma symptoms, & other concerns based on client's individual needs. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts & enjoy incorporating art into sessions.

I have a down-to-earth style that is balanced by an ability to be direct when needed. Sometimes, people need more than reassurance and support in therapy. Sometimes they need someone to tell what they need to hear, even when it's tough.
