I am an eclectic therapist that uses evidenced based therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to meet your individual needs. My approach is from a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and empathetic foundation to create a safe place for exploration.
Initially we will spend some time getting to know each other and understanding of what brings you in to therapy. We can then discuss a goal for therapy and develop a plan to achieve the changes you want to make.

My approach is not a one size fits all so I tend to use skills from counseling methods that research suggests will work best given the particular challenge a person is experiencing
