Trauma and anxiety is treated holistically, blending somatic experiencing, CBT, ACT and spiritual exploration to help you heal in body, mind, heart and spirit. Your collaboration is important to the process. I seek to understand your Inner Healer.

After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.
