That I often utilize not only talk therapy, but structured assignments (in and/or out of session) to help you gain insight and create an actionable plan for yourself that I can support you in implementing.

Traditional talk therapy has it's limits. My somatic approach attempts to explore the whole person by repairing the preverbal, the wiring in the brain and nervous system that didn't get to develop to their fullest potential early on.
