Let’s Find that Referral!

Sometimes email programs misplace emails, so the referral we sent you might be in a spam or promotions folder. 

To find your referral, please search your entire inbox, including spam and promotions folders, for an email from [email protected].

(For Gmail users: search your “all mail” folder – right above spam – for an email from [email protected].)

If you find the referral, be sure to let us know by clicking the appropriate link in the email we sent you, and add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure all future referrals arrive directly to your inbox.

If this search does not find the referral email, the next step is to send yourself a test email.

1. Please add [email protected] to your contacts.
2. View your profile.
3. Click the orange Contact button, and complete and submit the form.

If you still do not receive a referral email from Mental Health Match, please reply to the email we sent you and let us know your email provider (such as Gmail or Hushmail), and we will work with you and your email provider to make sure you get referral emails from the clients who want to work with you.
