From the first session, we help you get clarity about how to move forward and start feeling better. We are smart, compassionate, thoughtful/active listeners. Ellen, David and I are experienced and use several modalities (CADC, EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc)
Together, we will work through what brings you to therapy. We may have some tough discussions . While there may be tears, there will be warmth, smiles, and even some laughter as we help you grown and learn together.
