Dr.Z uses a collective approach to include: CBT, EMDR, Reality therapy, yoga, alternative healing modalities to help the person as a whole to increase self-confidence, manage stressful situations, focus and attention to support a work/life balance.

You matter and what you’re going through is real. When you’re feeling burned out and stressed, it can be a struggle to get anything done and it can be even harder to ask for help. I believe there’s a part of you that already knows what you need.
