I focus on a holistic approach where we consider multiple aspects of the mind, body, and environment. Additionally, my therapy is conducted through a multicultural lens which advocates for an understanding and respect for the nuance in each person.

I believe wellness and personal growth are best pursued within a trusting, judgment-free, safe, empathic, and honest therapy relationship. To build those relationships, I'm fully committed to exploring and understanding each client's perspective.

discuss whatever you bring into the session. My clients are in the driver’s seat, deciding the destination and making the changes necessary; while I am in the passenger seat, offering support and guidance along the way.

I am your #1 cheerleader. Your goals are my goals. My priority is to equip you with the support and skills necessary to live your best life.
