Some approaches to therapy focus on the issues you want to discuss. These include:
- Marriage or relationship counseling
- Trauma-focused therapy
- Conflict resolution therapy
There are other approaches to therapy that offer different experiences to express and understand yourself. These include:
- Art therapy
- Music therapy
- Narrative therapy
- Dance therapy
- Drama therapy
- Wildlife therapy
- Therapy with horses or other animals
Finally, there are some other types of therapy focus on the way your body and mind are connected. These include:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Neurofeedback
- Somatic therapy
