I use an integrated approach that draws upon a variety of techniques because each individual and situation is unique. I'm trained in EMDR and view things through a trauma informed and attachment-based lens.

I consider there to be two paths to therapy; first: exploring, processing, and developing insight into your patterns and programming, and second: learning skills, tools and strategies to cope in the moment. We will tackle both!
